The graduated bob hairstyle is one of the most fabulous look in Hollywood. After a few days of hard thinking, I finally had the courage to be as fabulous as the stars in Hollywood. I went to a salon and had my long hair chopped off and walked out of the door having a hairstyle similar to Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes.

Due to my nervousness during the haircut I was trying to talk my nervousness away by chatting with the hairstylist. It was a good thing that the hairstylist was kind enough to give me tips on how to look always like a Hollywood star by keeping my hair soft, shiny and super smooth.

  1. Using a conditioner everyday will keep your hair healthy and moisturized.
  2. Deep conditioning at least once a week will repair hair damage caused by harmful agents such as hair chemicals and the sun.
  3. Shampooing everyday will strip your hair’s natural oil so it is advisable to shampoo every other day instead.
  4. Using flat irons, curling irons and blow dryers will seriously damage your hair so as much as possible avoid using them.
  5. Combing the often will keep your hair free from tangles and will also distribute the natural oils of the hair.
  6. Wash your hair using cold water to flatten the hair cuticles making it smoother and shinier. Washing with hot water may damage your hair and will make it look dry and frizzy.

For the past few weeks I have been religiously trying to follow the tips given to me and so far it has showed great effects on my hair. My hair is now softer, shinier and smoother. I’m glad to say that my graduated bob hairstyle makes me a stand out on a crowd anywhere I go.
